Your guests are looked after professionally, too: whether questions about the schedule, exclusive programme highlights, individual travel arrangements or elegant accommodation – we coordinate everything seamlessly behind the scenes.
On your big day, we direct the entire run-of-show and stage the décor concept flawlessly.

Getting to Know You & Agreement
In a free introductory conversation, you tell us about your vision. With the agreement, your planning begins – and your personal planning book is created.

Your Story
With a personal profile we get to know you as a couple: how you found each other and what connects you. This becomes the basis for the ceremony speech and many small, personal details.

Budget Planning
Every supplier, every deposit and every final payment in one complete overview – transparent at all times, with no surprises.

Guests, Accommodation & Transfers
From save-the-date, invitation and RSVP to menu choices: your guest list is kept in one place – including hotel and transfers for your guests.

Your Wedding Style
With our style questionnaire we find your common thread: who you are as a couple, which colours, which mood, which venue. It shapes the décor, the schedule and every detail.

Venue & Décor
On-site venue scouting, ceremony arch, florals, table décor and seating plan – down to personal touches such as a welcome sign or a guest game.

Suppliers & Trials
Photographer, hair & make-up, catering, cake, music and celebrant – selected, negotiated and coordinated. We arrange styling and menu trials on site.

The Run-of-Show
A minute-by-minute schedule for you and a separate timeline for every supplier – with all contacts and a plan B for every eventuality.

Your Big Day
In the Algarve we are on site all day, direct the set-up and the schedule and keep every thread in hand. You are a guest at your own wedding.
- Throughout the planning, you can reach us online, by phone and with live updates.
- Deliberately only 5 to 10 weddings a year in Portugal – quality over quantity.
Communication, Transparency & Financial Management
One fee. Everything included.
It all begins with your vision – and a realistic, complete budget calculation. For our full-service planning, we charge a fair fee.

All-Inclusive Fee
The fee includes absolutely everything – from A to Z: complete organisation, dealing with the authorities, concept and support.

No Language Barriers
Portuguese is my mother tongue, and after more than 25 years in Germany I speak German just as perfectly. I negotiate directly with authorities, venues and partners on site – and translate for you. Many of our partners in the Algarve also speak German or very good English – so you can always talk to them directly, too.

Travel Costs Included
My own travel and accommodation costs for on-site support in the Algarve are fully included in the fee.

Completely Commission-Free & Independent
We accept no hidden commissions whatsoever from suppliers and work exclusively in your interest.

Secure Project Account via Our German GmbH
The event budget is managed via a protected project account held by our German limited company (GmbH), and we handle all payments directly on site.
So that you can relax and enjoy the anticipation – we take care of the rest.
